TERMS OF SERVICE

• I have right to refuse any work for any reason.• Please provide clear readable references, images preferably. If visual reference is unavailable price may go up depending on complexity and difficulty during the drawing process.• Payment is paid through PayPal only, prices listed are in USD but will be converted to AUD during the payment process, please take note of currency exchange and processing fees when sending money.• Payment is preferably upfront, but a payment plan can be sorted out if necessary.• The drawing process will not begin until payment goes through fully, i can do sketches for ideas in the meantime if necessary though.• During the drawing process i will contact the commissioner for further questions if need be, to make sure poses and design are correct.• Process time can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks, it depends on availability at the time of commissioning and external factors (work, school, health, life, etc). The commissioner will be told at the time of commissioning the estimated turnover period, but will always be informed if the process will be extended.• I will always work with the customer to satisfy them as best I can, if a commissioner is unhappy with the end result but says nothing during the process time I will not be liable for dissatisfaction.• If the finished artwork has minor fixes needed they will be done asap, but anything larger than corrections will run the risk of further charge.• I the artist will hold all rights to the artwork commissioned, but will not upload the artwork if the commissioner doesn’t want it to be. This means I can use it in portfolios if need be, but the artwork won’t be uploaded to social media outside of the clients preference.• The commissioner holds all rights to any original characters used for the artwork and for personal use, meaning printing, posting and advertising is allowed so long as anything is credited back to me the artist.• Commissioned artwork is not to be used commercially by the client for profit. The artwork can not be edited to add or remove key aspects in any way without explicit permission from me. (remove watermarks, trace, edit, claim the artwork as your own etc).• Refunds will only be applicable if issued before the drawing process has started. If I have started lining or painting a refund will no longer be possible unless I choose to do so myself.Any questions with my terms may be discussed if need be, but extreme changes will not be made.

• certain fetishes, such as urine, scat, ddlg/cglre/age regression, beastiality, cub, etc.If you are unsure about where you fit on these lists please feel free to ask me if i will be okay drawing your idea for you.
If you act aggressive due to being declined that will result in a hardblock, please act civil.
